(Info about our folders below the questions.)


JOINING

Because people seem to be unable to read CAREFULLY. Most important thing is:
- read the rules!!
 requestgroup.deviantart.com/bl…
- find the code word in our rules and send it with your join request.
- If you wanna DO/DRAW requests plz FILL OUT the Form and send it with your join request too!
If we get everything we need, we will put you on the lists or send you a little instruction about everything important.

To get a request

For Members:
1. Just check out the artist-overviews (group journals) or requestgroup.deviantart.com/ab… and look which artist fits in your criteria.
2. Write him/her a note and tell what you want like to have.
3. The artist will answer you asap.

For Artists:
(if you dont have a RQ)
1. Check out the PLZ-draw-it-4-me folder and choose a pic
2. Note the owner and tell him/her you will do this as RQ
3. Or you can wait til someone sends you a note regarding a request. (But this is NO guarantee that you will get a RQ)

Most important questions

If I become a request giving member/Contributor/Co, can I still ask for requests?

YES!

§ 1 What is a Request?

Its a picture completely done for free. You ask someone who takes requests and if he accept your request, he/she will do it without charging any money or something else from you.

sometimes it can happen that you have to pay for shipment, if you wanna have the original. but we think its just fair.

§ 2 Do I have to join to get a Request?

Nope. You don't need to join the group to ask for requests. (But if you want to submit into any folder you should be a member of course.)
After all we would gladly welcome you as a new member of our group!


§ 3 What is a super feature and how can i get it?

A super feature is just for YOU! Its just for one person and it helps not only you. It helps the whole group too.
You can feature everything you want and its the only feature were you DONT have to feature just requests and gifts. (Like Pictures, Stories, Comissions, Trades, Sounds, Movies and so on)
Its a bit off topic. But thats good for you i think.

Here the data:
- Be member of this group
- Feature will stay for one week or more (depends on the amout you've donated)
- You have to pay at least 50 (Will be used for super group in future => Donation for the group)
- You have to send us a comment or note with all data and finished text which has to be in the feature. (Everything you want to tell us about you and your works)
-> You have to make sure, text and data you gave us is correct and current.

§ 4 What kind of art can I submit?

JUST Requests and Gifts! (Pictures for free)
This means ALL requests and gift arts are allowed. Everything as long as its free. Not just these done for the group
Means as well NO commissions, trades and similar!

§ 5 What about mature artwork?

This can be a case by case basis, but it's mostly common sense. If it's not allowed on DeviantArt; it's not allowed on here. Please refer to the Deviantart ToS or note the group if you are unsure.

§ 6 Why was my artwork or join-request declined?

Artwork:
- it was not your OWN character (just the 'plz draw it' - folder),  
- it was placed into the wrong folder,
- we dont know what it is (You know, we dont accept anything if we dont know it),
- it was NOT A RQ OR GIFT!

Joining: no code word, no filled data-form
=> PLZ PLZ PLZ, READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU JOIN!

§ 7 What is a contributor?

-Its an official artist who wanna do RQs for you. You just have to ask him/her for one. (Check first the overviews if he/she is open!)
-Regular members can also contribute artbut JUST in the members-folders.
-A contributor gets his/her OWN folder.

§ 8 How do I become a contributor?

Just Join as a Contri or note the group. (Check the main page if contributor places are free!)

§ 9 What if I stop contributing art? Do I get kicked out of the group? + Why am i suddenly just a member and not contributor??

- No. If you are a contributor, you will just demoted to ordinary member.

- Just because you were'nt active enough. Sorry, but you can still submit arts and do requests.

§ 9.1 Anything else to do if i close my request?

YES! Plz note the group and say you are closed!
- Contributors ALSO have to put the closed sign in their 'about us' space like some of us already did!
(Just copy and paste if necessary)

§ 10 Can I contribute art from my gallery that I requested, commissioned or otherwise didn't make on my own?

Just for the PLZ-draw-it folder IF its your OWN character!!
otherwise:
No. You can only submit art that you created by yourself. If it's a collaboration with another artist or you used stock images, that's fine. If you're not sure that your piece of art meets this standards, feel free to send a note to the group!

§ 11 Can I contribute OLDER art I did BEFORE i joined this group?

Of course. EVERYTHING which is a request or gift is allowed.



FOLDERS

Folder: 'PLZ Draw It 4 Me'

Here you can submit your reference sheet or similar from your character if you HAVEN'T asked one specific artist/contributor.
If someone (Artists) haven't any requests, they can check out this folder and choose a pic (maybe yours) which they can do as request.

Rules for this folder:
Just YOUR OWN character(s).

Folder: 'Request Offers'

If you offer requests and dont want to pick someone special, you can submit your offers here as TEXT or description-picture showing your data.


Rules for this folder:
Everything has to be FREE!! ( NO commissions or something like this.)

Folder's: 'Member Requests'

(Includes the folders about drawings, literatur, handcraft and photos)

Submit here if you are NO contributor!
This folder is the place where R-G-Members/Members can submit their requests or gifts, cuz they WONT get their own folder.

Just YOUR OWN Picture(s)!
